Accepted Methods of Payment

Sales Tax

Please be aware, all Nevada residents are required to pay sales tax on products purchased through our web site.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping charges are based on weight, size and the service zone and will appear on your order summary as you complete the information on our secure order form prior to final checkout.

The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect 10-14 days for delivery time. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are not processed until the next business day.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been processed, as well as a shipping tracking number so that you can view the shipping process.  You will be notified within 24 hours if any item in your order is not available.

Shipping Methods

Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Damaged Shipments / Manufacturers Defects

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

No packages will be accepted without contacting our returns department first for instructions.

Return Merchandise Policy

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of merchandise ordered to request a refund.  There are a few of our suppliers that do not accept returns, so please call or email us so we can discuss options.  Authorization for any return merchandise must be secured from our company first. No packages qualify for a refund and will not be accepted without contacting us and getting approved authorization first. To qualify for the refund, the product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 15 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it (e.g. re-sellable as new, undamaged). We have 30 days from the return ship date to send you your refund from our company. You must email the refund request to refunds@silkflowersgallery.com and obtain prior authorization for the item to be returned.  Please repack the item(s) carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. There are shipping charges AND a 20% stocking fee that will be charged to your credit card if returned for any reason other than merchandise not ordered.

The item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our refund department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our Company.
  2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error 

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned AND a 20% restocking fee will be charged. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to any products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers.   • 5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING and SHIPPING Address.
  • 6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions.
  • 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
  • 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
  • 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.

Typographical Errors

We do our best to not make errors but from time to time it does occur. If a product has been mispriced (through a typographical error) we will notify you via email or telephone as soon as possible.  We will let you know the correct price and you may choose to go through with the purchase at the correct price or return it.
